J2 wines are now available for tasting and sale at Dogpatch WineWorks 2455 Third Street, San Francisco, CAOur award-winning winemaking team pores over many vineyard selections each year before we arrive at what we believe to be the best quality grapes to use in our handcrafted, limited production wines. We are also in the process of developing the J2 Estate Vineyard so that we can bottle our Pinot Noir, Estate Reserve, Los Carneros, Sonoma County relatively soon (well “soon” in terms of wine making terms). The grapes used in production of our wines are meticulously researched and selected from prime California vineyards. These small batch-limited production wines are created so that the selection of the grapes, fermentation, aging vessel, barrel room care, and packaging come together to form an ultra-premium wine at a true value for our customers.
We adhere to the artisan winemaking philosophy, producing our wines in a non-mass produced approach that allows the fruit quality and our small winemaking team’s talent to come through in the final wines.
